I always get exaughsted after/ during panic attacks and if I panic long enough and I cry that I'm sick of panicking I notice how tired I am and fall asleep cause crying it out normally calms me down.

Yup! It's your fight or flight signals flaring every time you're anxious. You feel exhausted bc your adrenaline is constantly "on" so when it turns "off" your body can finally relax and feel the after effects of adrenaline running through your system for so long. I've really struggled with stress exhaustion from my anxiety but I've gotten much better with it as I've gotten older.
