Looking for advice on salad dressings with gallbladder issues

What salad dressings do you all use? I got diagnosed with borderline gallbladder disease like maybe 10 years ago. A lot of my issues ended up significantly decreasing after I got my anxiety treated, so I haven’t really seen anyone about it since. My PCP a few years ago told me I could take Gas x before meals, and that has helped a ton up until just recently (not sure if that issue is connected to my gallbladder though). That’s the only medication related to digestion that I take though. I have always still had issues since then, just not bad enough/frequent enough for me to see a doctor about it again. But recently, I have been having a huge increase in digestion issues, and I have a suspicion it’s my gallbladder. Even the Gas X doesn’t help anymore, even my “safe” foods are making me sick. I’m going to try and start shifting my diet as if it is my gallbladder that’s the issue, and see if that helps at all. I would like to start eating more salads, especially to help me eat more vegetables. My issue is that salads have always been hit or miss for me, sometimes they make me really sick. I am pretty sure it is largely because of the dressing, but I’m not sure what to switch to. Has anyone else had this issue, and have you found a salad dressing that helps? I don’t know if I just need to switch to like a “low fat” version of what I’m using, or if I need to switch to a different type completely. I mostly have only used Ranch, Italian, or a Thousand Island. Those are what I like.
