I did a week of prednisone and it worked wonders

I ice my back for 20 minutes as often as I need every day. It truly helps with my inflammation and sciatica nerve pain down my legs. I’m on Gabapentin. Massage therapist helps a lot, but check for someone who knows sciatica pain.
