Experiencing Intense Pain from Ovarian Cyst, Need Advice

I get lower abdominal pain. Especially when I need to pee. Or after sneezing or coughing. Most of the pain is centralized to one side. But it's hard to know bc I have IBS too.

A ton of abdominal pain and also nausea but no vomiting. Just the feeling.

I get cramps that resemble period cramps and pain near my belly button region. Some days it hurts really bad !! I noticed eating healthier helps subside some symptoms. Prob any because when I get bloated it puts excess pressure on the ovaries .

Currently suffering with yet another cyst. Hurts to poop, hurts to pee ugh and my boobs are achy too.

I have the same symptoms and unfortunately I too have to stay in bed with a heating pad all day. With kids that's not easy at all, even tho I have an amazing husband, sometimes it's a mommy job lol. I also look like I'm about 5 months pregnant from the bloating. I've recently been using THC infused chocolates and gummies, it allows me to be up a little bit longer without the heating pad but only by a few extra minutes.
