does anyone have feelings of shaky movements after drinking liquid IV? I’ll start randomly shaking and I can feel part of my body almost start vibrating in a way

It could be too much sugar for your body all at once. Maybe try drinking it with more water and see if it helps. And if you’re drinking it on an empty stomach, maybe try have a bite of food with it. Could be wrong but worth trying! But if it keeps doing it maybe try something else. I like the sugar free propel zeros. Good luck!
