currently lying in bed at 2.30am wondering how on earth I am going to find the strength to get up in the morning. I have a mock for my A Levels at 8.35. My insomnia is very difficult at the moment and that paired with my eczema/rashes is just causing me to wake up itching in the night. So now my skin is flared and cut from the itching. I struggle to look at my skin when it is bad, especially in artificial light in the shower which I will have to do if I want to get up in time for my mock in the morning. On top of that I am feeling depressed because of my skin and just because that’s what depression does. Not sure anyone would be able to give me advice on this just wanted to get it off my chest.
