Struggling to Focus While Driving

I don't drive because of it. All the things to keep track of (and my poor sense of space) make it so that my brain just taps out and disengages lol

Literally constantly, I use a GPS almost every drive to keep me present

I try to have a gps always turned on and music so I can focus better and tune back in

Yea I dissociate every time I drive forget where I’m going how I got to the freeway or streets
