Meltdown or Shutdown: What's Happening to Me?

Yeah I feel that. It’s hard to tell the difference in the early stages and even if you think it’s going to be one sometimes something last minute makes it the other :(. I find it can help me to sit in the dark with a comfort show and stim. Best of luck!
