I feel myself getting worse everyday, I can't tell anyone because I've always been told to bottle it up. I feel like a bad person for everything

I was also told to bottle everything up until I finally exploded. Even when I feel like I can’t tell anyone what I’m going through sometimes it makes me feel better to write it down and crumple up the paper after.
