Usually I get through those moments by shaking my body or head a lot if I'm able to, it helps "wake" my senses up against my will, if that makes sense. Sometimes you gotta fight against your brain!

@moon.jelly Not too badly, I try to do it in short bursts or shake my hands though if i feel like I need to do a lot of it, so that might be why!
