What me and my husband does is we just turn off everything. All the lights, the tv, everything. And lay in bed together and talk. I know it sounds silly but that's always helped us when we needed it and we've been married 26 years so far. Talk about all your worries. And lay in each other's arms. (Unless you are like me and have to sit up and smoke a cigarette every now and then lol)

My husband and I both have anxiety as well. We have learned there are times when we need to be alone. He supports me and reminds me to take my rescue meds when things are unbearable
I would say communication is always the key. When one of you is anxious, being able to say that would help immensely. Learn each other's triggers and help each other avoid them. Being able to talk it through has always helped me with my husband. He's learned my signs now. He's super supportive.
Would you like ways of coping during episodes or ways of dealing with stressors?
