I’m having a huge panic attack right now and freaking out I am not diagnosed with it or talk to my therapist or psychiatrist about it yet but I really feel like I can’t breathe right now because a lot of things are starting to make sense I’m thinking and think I have Schizophrenia but it’s only when I shower or go to sleep my heart is racing and the fact that I have borderline personality disorder is not helping right now I could really use some people help me right now or just someone to talk to me please help
