Bit of a random one… does anyone have any ideas about how to limit jaw dislocations. This happens fairly often to me, but last week woke up to my jaw being dislocated and it’s still causing pain now, so trying to find ways to stop it from happening while I’m asleep. Any help is appreciated ( for all joint dislocations) :)

My best advice for preventing any dislocations are to use a brace when doing something that it's more likely to happen, and strengthening the area. There is a strap that holds your chin and wraps around the back of the head meant for jaw support that you could use for sleeping. That and chiseling your jawline lol

@Dragonrollz yeah I’ve had to learn how to relocate my jaw depending on where/how it dislocated. Thanks, I’ll look into the tmj exercises. Thanks :)
