Hii guys :) I’ve recently been diagnosed with POTS and new to this app, but I’m struggling to find a job that will fit for me.. I had to quit my previous job due to my diagnosis because it wasn’t a safe environment for me to be in with my condition and the standing up all day/fast paced workplace was very hard on me. I know to stay hydrated and always carry salty snacks, but I guess I’m here to see what kind of work other people who deal with this same thing.? And how to manage a full time job or better solutions, any tips??

Before I started propranolol I found working unattainable. If you are able to start some kind of beta blocker I definitely recommend! I am able to handle a full standing day of work with propranolol, thigh high compression socks, and Liquid IV or Body Armor. Hope you find something that works for you 🥰
I would also love some insight on this. I had to leave my job a year ago because it was very physical and too much on my body. I’m honestly not sure where to go from here and would love tips.
