Constant Pain and Stiffness - What's Wrong with Me?

My hips, butt, back, shoulders , neck , legs my arms and everything feels tight all the time and it hurts. My bones sound more crunchy then they used to be.. some times my shoulders just deep ache and throb… my glutes are always so tight on my sciatic nerves. My lowers back is so stiff to bend over it feels like it’ll snap. What could this be?? Please I feel like I’m dying everyday. Man please I need help so bad .. my names Emmalee and I know this app is Anonymous but I have so much shit going on for 3 years now. It’s all the same everyday .. my Snapchat is @emms_nigg13 and I’m open to all hopeful advice and similarities that you guys have. What does this sound like to y’all?

      Have you looked into myofascial conditions? When the fascia gets hard it tightens the muscles causing pain and tenderness. This can happen due to over activation of the sympathetic nervous system. There are other causes too. Have you tried physical therapy or myofascial release through massage, foam rolling, or yoga? I think physical therapy would be the most effective but it honestly hurts in the beginning. I’m sorry you have to go through this! My DMs are always open if you want someone to talk to!
