I had a nervous breakdown today. A bunch of racing thoughts because I was overtired because I couldn't sleep last night from my worries. Very scary. I'm okay now though.

      For me, a walk always helps; it uses up all the nervous energy and makes time for me to think proactively (make a plan or reflect)
