Scared to Add Another Medication to My List

My psych doctor is almost wanting to push for an ssri implimentation along with all my other meds. I finally feel kinda more myelf without any side effects from meds this time and am scared to get yet another thing added to my list. meds include: vraylar- biploar disorder med trazadone- sleep hydroxyzine- anxiety clonidine- nightmares,blood pressure slynd (birth control)

      If you do not want to go on it- do not feel pressured to go on them! My psychologist always tells me that there are so many ways to naturally boost serotonin, without the need of SSRI’s! But also from my personal experience, there was a time where SSRI’s really helped me out of a bad funk, and then I slowly went off them and therapy really assisted the road of feeling good again!

          @bptomboy SSRI’s like Lexapro are typically anti anxiety and anti depression medications that boost serotonin!
