Struggling with Gastroparesis: Need Help Regaining Appetite

The only medication I’ve tried that has improved my appetite was zyprexa, but honestly I couldn’t handle it. It made me so hungry but eating anything still made me so so sick. I felt like I was losing my mind caught between relentless hunger and terrible symptoms. But maybe a low dose could be tolerable if you want to try stimulating appetite? I completely understand wanting to enjoy food again. It’s so hard and so frustrating

im so sorry u have this too i am very sick with my gastroparesis also at the moment i feel like there is no hope for what im going threw and i honestly dont know if we will be able toe at food normally again i hope we both can find something tho in the future
