Hi ... I stumbled across this app and thought I would give it a try. I have been struggling with a lot of things in my life lately and am hoping that y'all can relate and offer ideas for handling them. Right now it is 1 minute to 4 a.m., yes I said a.m. and that's on mountain time. As you can tell I don't sleep that much. Sad thing is I have to get up at 6 a.m. to get to my Dr appt at 9. I'm dragging this appt cuz the Dr I am seeing is one I don't care for but, I will survive cuz that's jar who I am. So, I think I've said enough for now. I hope y'all have a good day.
