When I'm trying to be good and healthy, I eat six times a day. 3 balanced meals and healthy snacks in between meals. Lots of fruits, veggies and nuts. I also eat a lot of popcorn. If you like fruits and veggies, you're set! You can pretty much graze all day! Lol! If not, you have to get creative.
Not if it’s quality food & high protein also eating small regular meals and snacks keeps me from eating huge meals in the pm. Whole foods meals meaning not food “products” are key for me.
