Dealing with Daily Headaches, Anxiety and Depression

after seeing numerous doctors, physical therapists and specialists. And without them offering much help with my condition. I have just learned how to adjust and accept my current state as my new normal. And my new normal has facilitated a deep bond with a family member of mines and that's something I wouldn't trade for perfect health. Mu advice to you is to accept that you aren't what you used to be and try to live your life as best as you can.

Would like to hear more about the good advice either if you two have gotten. I would love to be able to function normally in this lifetime.
