How to gain weight with a fast metabolism?

I've seen some calorie packed meals on tiktok... from some girl, sadly I dont remember the acc 😭 I just know it was like one bar thing from mean girls. I would always try to talk to a specialist first tho incase something may go wrong

I honestly don't know I have never had experience with a high or low metabolism. But I think that there might be metabolism blockers somewhere if you know the correct doctor to go to to get a prescription.
