eating disorder warning. portion control mention. ok so i have ednos. like for sure. started working on it in therapy a few days ago. my symptoms and shit started years ago but my goofy ass just pieced it together. anyway, my therapist mentioned a form of portion control to help with the restrictive eating and binge eating so they can meet in the middle. I live with my bf (he knows) and his mother and sisters. I have no idea how to bring it up with his mother as the portion control involves getting smaller bowls and plates to psychologically trick myself into being satisfied with both the restrictive eating and the binge eating. no idea how to talk to her ab this. might just make my bf do it lol
