Feeling Like a Walking Pharmacy

I've been on so many meds for so long that I don't even think about it anymore.I just know I have too. It all started with a strong antibiotic at 35 when I found out that my " kidneys are shot",is how my urologist told me over the phone after a procedure the day before.Now, it's one thyroid pill first,30 min.later,or,whenever I remember to take them, before noon,it's 12 pills, vitamins and supplements,in one dose and on from there. I have chosen,with Drs approval,to take immune support supplements,since COVID,because my system in compromised,so it's just another pill or capsule that I know helps me. It's all in how you look at it. If I have to go out, for any length of time, I put meds that I'll need in a pill carrier. I carry an updated med and allergy list in my purse at all times. It's become habit with me. As far as others seeing what I take, if they know me,they know.Doesnt matter what strangers think. Good luck to everyone!!!

Same here I get so embarrassed when I leave my bag open for a minute and all of my pills are on display. It then gets awkward the other person pretends they didn't notice
