So this is my first post so a little about me, My name is Emelinoa, I'm 43 years old and I live in north Carolina. I have 2 boys who r my life. I suffer from bipolar, anxiety, depression, ptsd and ocd. I'm hoping I can find people who also have or have had these conditions and we can support each other 🙂
Howdy from Texas. I suffer from major anxiety, been on meds for 14 years, major depression, also been medicated for 14 years… and I believe I have the start of OCD… lately, I’ve been picking my eyelashes like crazy and I can’t stop myself. I try but my hand just creeps back up there and starts picking again like it has a mind of it’s own. I’ve looked it up and it’s called Trichotillomania. I don’t know what to do about it. I really don’t want to add another medication to the handful I already take each morning but this is also getting out of control. I will lay in bed trying to fall asleep and pick at my lashes and brows for HOURS. I’m losing hours of sleep over it. Does this sound like OCD to you?
