I am being prescribed 60mg of Vyvanse. unfortunately it is not enough. I need at least 130mg a day. Any doctors out there who would have the balls to prescribe it?

Definitely look into, on a day where you can take a break, taking a tolerance break

I am scared for your heart managing 130 a day
No, 70 is the new, recently-set limit. Extenuating circumstances may allow them to stack 2 dosages as 2 scripts for you to take concurrently, but what it honestly sounds like IMHE is that you have another—unaddressed—issue or condition. Stress and other anxiety-related issues can lead to excessive executive dysfunction as well, and addressing one may lessen your EF stressors and allow you to take less Vyvanse for similar effects. Also: POTS meds have been written to help EF problems and lessen one's Vyvanse needs in conjunction, as they exacerbate each other.
Honestly I doubt it . 70 is the highest , what you may be able to do , which is what I do . Is take 40mg and then take a 5mg instant adderall later in the day
