So I have a problem where I get low blood sugar really easily and always have to eat something with protein or eat often or else it'll drop and I've almost passed out from it before. lately for some reason it's been way more unstable than usual and drops like a rollercoaster, even if I eat protein and eat often. it'll drop as much as 6 times a day and I don't know what is going on. if I didn't have food nearby, I would take glucose tablets and that would last me at least 15 minutes but now they don't even last a few. could it possibly be that my ritalin is increasing my metabolism?
I have the same problem but it doesn't happen that offen. Mine has always been since my brain injury. I have passed out at 29 at the store and I didn't feel it coming. I drove home from my welding job one night. They sent me home because I didn't feel good. I don't remember part of the drive. It was lower than that. I must have had an angel on my shoulder.
