Another thing I adore is that as soon as I stand up for myself even a little bit I get called a bitch. It may be my depression talking but I don't feel at home anymore. I just feel like I'm at a house I sleep in occasionally.

      I haven't read any other posts as I'm new to this app but if you're standing up for yourself and creating boundaries and they name call you for it. They're toxic and you should let them go. If they're family, cut ties, a partner, break up, roommate, well, if you can, move. Etc. You don't deserve to be called names for taking care of yourself.

      I get that. I have felt like I'm a roommate that everyone hates, but is expected to do everything for them. Keep advocating for yourself. The more you stand up for yourself, the better it gets. I know it's hard, especially when you get personally attacked. (Verbally) Hugs
