      I’m sorry that’s a hard position to be in. I’ve been in a similar one. I have a some links to DBT pdfs if you want. I know it’s not the same tho

      i understand, dbt has been recommended to me for a long time but it's hard to find active groups. and it's expensive too, i've never been close to being able to afford it :/

        @avian We barely have any mental health resources available in our area. My mental health practitioner doesn't even work at the doctors I'm registered to. I think we have one place in the area we can go to but doesn't supply DBT. It's really soul crushing.

          @TheOnlySneezles i'm sorry you have to deal with that, that's awful :( mental health needs to be way more accessible, i hate how difficult it can be to get care
