Does anyone have experience taking extended cycle BC pills (i.e. Seasonique) to help manage their PMDD? I've tried a few different BC methods so far (various pills, Mirena IUD, Nuvaring) but I've had some level of breakthrough bleeding and/or PMDD symptoms persist with all of them.
In the process of trying it now. My acne is horrible, and my mood was all over the place the first month switching over. But I think it’s better now that I’m on the 2nd month.
There hasn’t been breakthrough bleeding, and I’m just waiting to see what happens on the period week
