These made it so much worse for me. I would rely on the pill try hormone testing and antidepressants

In the process of trying it now. My acne is horrible, and my mood was all over the place the first month switching over. But I think it’s better now that I’m on the 2nd month. There hasn’t been breakthrough bleeding, and I’m just waiting to see what happens on the period week
