I weight 380 pounds. Weight limits on equipment make it difficult for me to have fun being active sometimes. For exercise, I go to the gym and lift heavy, roller skate, climb stairs, and take long walks. Anything else I can do that's fun?

    One of the most fun things I have done is I started biking, it's low impact on your joints and its fun. Look into riding beginner mountain bike trails, those trails will typically be smooth and easy to manage, you won't have to worry about drops or jumps or anything super technical
