I miss the days I had when I was young it seems like just yesterday everything was okay not everything's falling to shit and I think it's my fault the reason it is but people tell me it's not people telling me it's life and how life works. I don't know what I'm doing I don't know why I'm here I don't know why people look up to me why people ask for my health why people sit here and still do the same things over and over. they said the definition of that was insanity but it seems like the only one that's insane it's me

It really is just life. Your problems right now are mental and emotional problems... You're overthinking it, thinking there is some big meaning to every little thing, questioning your own position in your own life. This is happening because of stress, and it's not how you will always see things. I know because I've been there. You need help sorting out your stress. And make sure you're doing what you can to take care of your body. Sleep, food, water, air, sunlight, all these will effect how you see the world. Also, that stuff about repetition and insanity, that's not a real thing. You can safely ignore that. It's just a thing people say to sound deep. Who is or isn't "insane" doesn't really matter. What really matters is people getting their needs met, so make sure you're trying to meet yours. Good luck!
