Lost and alone? Praying and if you are Judeo-Christian ask the Holy Spirit to help you. Sometimes we are lacking in spiritual relationship and that’s an issue. If you don’t know the Lord, grab a Bible and learn about Him and then when you are ready accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Check out a local church that you are comfortable in and also check out good Bible study apps and websites. Example: Bible Study Tools, Free Bible Apps, call a ministry that offers a free Bible, find a way to take Bible Study notes whether if the app or site has that feature or you just want to do it in a notebook or journal.
