      @lola_ specifically would stay away from velcro and metal if you can on a knee brace. just a simple sleeve is most practical and easiest to use

      loved my knee brace, definitely helped keep my kneecap from moving all over the place. there are a lot of knee braces you can buy at the store. i would recommend a sleeve- without metal. and there's another one that's small, it's just a little band that goes under the kneecap. i like that one bc its small and convenient but if you bend your knee too much the Velcro can come apart and band comes right off

          @Bee123 Then it sounds like you’re on the right track! My doctors have always been conservative about bracing but sometimes it’s needed. And it can make you more comfortable
