my conditions seemed to have gone down, but now I'm incredibly tired and dizzy. I drink water and take an aleve, waiting to take propranolol on one of my days off to see if I have any bad reaction to it. :[

@birbfoot i'm glad i could help!! & i didn't mean like actually buy a hospital bed LOL but there's these wedge shaped things that i saw on amazon that you could look at, maybe search 'bed head riser' ? i think they're about 30-50 usd :) i also had trouble with sleeping, a lot.. i'm on a medication that puts me to sleep (trazodone, it's also a mood stabilizer), maybe ask your doctor about insomnia and meds to help? if you don't want that, i find that staying out of bed as much as i can during the day, even if i'm just laying on the couch, helps my brain think 'ooh bed = sleep' instead of 'oooh bed = sleep, scroll through phone, watch tv, read, draw' :) i'd also google the thing about raising your bed, maybe there's other methods for that & it's important to make sure it won't make any other condition you have get worse :)

one thing that significantly helped my fatigue & dizziness was sleeping at the same time every night. it helped my brain to figure out which hours i needed to be up & awake. i'm also on a stimulant, (also very very helpful energy-wise) and, listen hear me out on this one, raise the head of your bed. (like a hospital bed), this has many benefits in pots patients, i don't know all of those benefits but trust me, search it up :)

@vnbree I don't have a hospital bed, but I could raise my pillows and sit up. And I do have trouble sleeping at night lol my sleep schedule is all over the place. I will say that your comment is super helpful and I'm gonna try everything you just said <3
