        @bookbikecat Just searched it up and found Essential Tremors, sounds like what we’re talking about. “Shaking occurs with simple tasks such as tying shoelaces, writing, or shaving. Symptoms may be aggravated by stress, fatigue, caffeine, and temperature extremes”

          @Telescopial yeah it's funny cause my partner has essential tremors, so i always do wonder. mine are directly linked to strain so who knows

      YES. Lifting milk, laundry baskets, even my phone sometimes. I hate working out at the gym because I shake like a Chihuahua with even the slightest amount of weight.

          @bookbikecat That’s hard to tell for me, if something is heavy then obviously i’ll feel the muscles working and that kind of burn but I’m not sure. I would say I can’t recall, so I don’t think so.
