Feeling Agitated and Overwhelmed Today

When you don't, that feeling is like a whirlwind just going around your soul trying to find its place. Trauma is often not from the actual experience, but more about the inability to express ourselves about the situation.

I like cranking up the volume on the radio in the car and screaming while I drive. No one hears you scream at 60mph.
