Doesn't anyone have any recommendations on how to strengthen the muscles around the joints with EDS and low impact due to POTS? Also the same with toning up the body. Thank you!

      Kt tape and weights can be great. Squats, assisted if necessary. Also cardio can help pots, just take it easy and start out with someone nearby. Jump rope(or jacks) is a good easy to do anywhere cardio.

      Im still learning about EDS so I apologize. Would pilates be a good fit? I think it works alot of the stabilizing muscles.
