Does anyone else struggle with Globus Sensation? I developed this particular type of anxiety within my throat last year and still struggle with it from time to time. If anyone happens to have this as well, what tips can you give me on coping mechanisms? I've tried many things: Chewing gum/hard mints, drinking more water, avoiding specific types of food and drinks, acupressure, massages, anxiety therapy, you name it šŸ˜‚ So far, the only thing that works for me the most is breathing exercises for anxiety, brushing my teeth, and mints šŸ¤§
