Living for anyone or anything other than yourself is a dangerous path. Because we don’t know what will happen tomorrow (what if the unthinkable happens and he loses you for some reason?). He should love you and not want to live without you. You should be at or near the top of the list of things that bring him joy and add value to his life. But, he needs to live for himself. I think if you love him and still want to spend the rest of your life with him then you should. But, consider delaying the marriage and extending your engagement until he is able to get the mental health care he needs and be on more stable ground. You both deserve to go into your marriage happy, healthy, and in love.
