There are strains that only have cbd, no thc. Could do that for a bit & then quit.
Also I make rules for myself. (For example: only smoke on the weekends. Or, only smoke once a day. Or never at work. Etc etc)
I’m also trying to stop smoking weed for awhile to see if it helps with fibromyalgia related costochondritis and brain fog - I’ve been trying edibles like gummies, capsules, and tinctures/oils, but I’m trying to slowly stop relying on THC. CBD gummies don’t do much for me, but I’ve tried a few products that are CBD + CBG and/or CBN. I think something about the combo of the different cannabinoids provides a stronger effect than CBD alone. I will say it doesn’t make me feel high in the fun way lol, but it does help provide some pain relief and general relaxation!
