anyone here know some good replacement habits to substitute for smoking marijane? trying to stop here for a while š

Iām also trying to stop smoking weed for awhile to see if it helps with fibromyalgia related costochondritis and brain fog - Iāve been trying edibles like gummies, capsules, and tinctures/oils, but Iām trying to slowly stop relying on THC. CBD gummies donāt do much for me, but Iāve tried a few products that are CBD + CBG and/or CBN. I think something about the combo of the different cannabinoids provides a stronger effect than CBD alone. I will say it doesnāt make me feel high in the fun way lol, but it does help provide some pain relief and general relaxation! Idk if this info is helpful in case youāre not in a state with recreational but let me know if not/if youāre looking for other ideas and Iām happy to try to help however I can š¤

i appreciate all your suggestions of CBD! ill try them out, but might there be any hobbies i can do in place of smoking/gummies/etc.? š

@ProjectSys granted we do use mari for pain management as well as other medical reasons, i just dont wanna make a big habit of it
Gummies or like products if the effects help.

I've found CBD vape or edibles helps with my pain and anxiety without all the brain fog and such
@Zenon CBD/ CBG/ CBN are definitely the way to go

Try cbd :3 or MONQ. Itās a personal aromatherapy diffuser. I enjoy it a lot
There are strains that only have cbd, no thc. Could do that for a bit & then quit. Also I make rules for myself. (For example: only smoke on the weekends. Or, only smoke once a day. Or never at work. Etc etc)
