I find it so frustrating how hard it is to find a therapist that understands both what I need because of my autism and my mental health needs. My last therapist agreed to a more supportive session structure but then said she didn't believe in autism labels and then said she didn't believe in autism labels and decided to revert back to a completely open ended structure which doesn't work for me.
