any tips for adjusting to a new job, or job tips or communication tips in general. it's my first like real job and I've been so incredibly overwhelmed. every other day I feel like giving up and quitting.
so far I've been making scripts for more situations I think would be helpful. talking to people is the hardest part for me. I'm supposed to radio the office if a client needs something and I feel bad when it takes me so long to get stuff for them
It depends on your job I think. I'm a SpEd teacher with autism and it's really hard to get a break or adjust what I need to get done. I try to take my full lunch breaks to unwind or get in a better headspace if I'm struggling. I also have this app called "Finch" that helps me keep up with self care and it helps.
