I've been going through a lot of chiropractic (adjustment every week for past year) some PT and finally my shoulders are seeming to stay in place.
is there a good way to keep from reinjuring myself and continue healing?
I have braces but they are hard to put on and sometimes pull the joint out.

    Honestly I'd continue with PT! I've been in PT for several years and it's helped immensely with prevention.

    Hi Elisa, strengthening muscles helps prevent reinjury. Pilates is my favorite exercise and I have felt stronger since I started to practice. I also recommend you try another brace, maybe you'll find something else that is more comfortable for you.
