I've been going through a lot of chiropractic (adjustment every week for past year) some PT and finally my shoulders are seeming to stay in place. is there a good way to keep from reinjuring myself and continue healing? I have braces but they are hard to put on and sometimes pull the joint out.
Hi Elisa, strengthening muscles helps prevent reinjury. Pilates is my favorite exercise and I have felt stronger since I started to practice. I also recommend you try another brace, maybe you'll find something else that is more comfortable for you.
