so im literally about at my whits end here. I have a multi year lease and I am literally being kicked out due to a shady landlord who only wants more rent. he is trying to claim it sold when it hasn't. he took it out of his name and placed it in his company's llc and is trying to claim that as a sale. I have hired an attorney to fight this as an equal house will range 1200-1500 more a month. this is unacceptable and ridiculous!!! im so stressed about loosing the place I call home and I haven't done anything wrong. housing has jumped 47% this last year! does anyone have advice or is willing to help me!?!?
