I've noticed I take less Xanax when I take kratom and it seems to help with my never ending worries, delusions, paranoia, anxiety, depression and kratom even helps me with motivation. I just about can't function without it anymore. I feel sorry for people in states & countries where it's illegal. it's been a game changer for me.
