my psychiatrist is out of office for the next week and last night I had something that felt like beginning of psychotic episode. i was paranoid and scared and had fear of holding eye contact (happens to me in psychosis only). any tips on how to manage till the doc is back? i don't feel like it's serious enough rn to go to ER. I'm on abilify but clearly that's not enough š¤·āāļø any advice appriciated
