Not having structure/routine can be tough. Also work is a built in opportunity to see people and it’s a bit easier to force yourself to go than when it’s optional. I’d call them back and ask if it possible for you to work part time or do flex/hybrid or remote work. Or find a volunteer opportunity or a meet up or any activity that sounds good for you. Another job that is better for you is always an option. I personally do remote work and it’s a good option for me. It also allows me to take breaks and work when I can. Definitely make sure you are getting support through this challenging time.

I just quit a job for mental health reasons but now that I've done it, my depression has gotten really bad. Any advice guys?
