I woke up two days ago to pain in my wrist out of nowhere and it’s been swollen ever since…anyone else injure themselves in their sleep? I’m assuming it’s my EDS but at this point I’m just laughing at myself for getting hurt in my sleep. Gotta find the humor in the mess.
