      @StrugglinMama any big store like walmart should have capsules and sometimes local chains have it. Any supplement/vitamin/holistic store should sell it as well.

      I don't officially have RA but I use tumeric(1500mg two in the morning) for inflammation and it definitely helps my joints along with helping my headaches as well. I also used to drink tumeric juice for my endometriosis cramps
